Backstory
Spirit Elves were servants of the dark elves before the "timeless war" happened as the dark elves got arrogant and claimed every race living in Kimasu belonged to them. So a contract was made where the dark elves got access to anything the spirit elves had, supplies/informations/materials Etc. and in return they were allowed to "live under the holy protection of the dark elves". Most spirit elves were against it but also knew they couldnt change anything about it so they ended up accepting the situation or atleast trying to. The very few rebellion groups who tried to fight for their race's freedom failed pitifully. After the "timeless war" though more and more spirit elves joined the rebellion as they heared about the millions of losses the dark elves had suffered with it and saw an opportunity to get their beloved freedom back. Obviously, after just getting through the timeless war, the last thing the dark elves wanted was another war, so they agreed to the new cotract the spirit elves offered which says: "The dark elves have no longer free acess to our ownings and we are treated with equal rights from now on, we don't seek in making you our enemies so our people are offering you to help recovering from the bloody war your kind had in exchange for fighting it for us, saving Kimasu and at the same time our people. Our two races living equally and in harmony from now on."
The spirit elves
Abilities:
Spirit elves are very wise and have great knowledge of all kind of magic. The bow is also a famous weapon used by their kind. They by far aren't as physically strong as their dark rivals but way more educated and tactical. Spirit elves have two forms in which they can switch back and forth however they please, a "normal form" where the wings are hidden and the "spirit form" a tiny human-like form (usually about 8 inches) with their wings beeing all revealed. A spirit elves offensive magic abilities are becoming very weak while beeing in the spirit form but healing spells get a lot stronger. Also they are able to fly very swiftly around, a far quicker way to travel than simple walking. When spirit elf kids reach the young age of 12 they will be told which one of the five magic ways they are able to learn.
1."Kasai jumon" (火災=fire 呪文=spell): fire based magic.
Offensive Move: Covering their weapons in a deadly
heat for a short amount of time.
Defensive Move: Their bodys literally turning into fire, causing any projectile and/or melee attack to burst right through them before reforming their bodys back without any injuries beeing taken.
2."Aisu jumon" (アイス=ice): ice based magic.
Offensive Move: Shooting a whole bunch of very sharp ice shards.
Defensive Move: Creating a huge and massive shield made out of ice.
3."Inazuma jumon" (稲妻=lightning): electricity based magic.
Offensive Move: Increasing the momvement and combat speed heavily.
Defensive Move: Producing a shockwave which doesn't harm anyone but bursts them away, into distance.
4."Ishkyū jumon" (a mix of Chikyū地球=earth and Ishi石=stone): earth/stone based magic.
Offensive Move: Letting the earth quake heavily around the combat area, the producer isn't able to lose balance from it.
Defensive Move: Beeing able to create a massive armor made of stone and earth around themselves. Their movement speed decrease heavily but they are able to block the heaviest attacks with it.
5."Arashi jumon" (嵐=storm): air based magic.
Offensive Move: Working with the wind for the next few attack strikes causing them to get much more power/pressure.
Defensive Move: Producing a storm ball around them, letting melee attackers blow away, projectiles though only get weakend not completely blocked.

Visuals:
Spirit elves have very light skin and all different versions of blonde hair. They can have all rainbow colours as an eye colour. The most common ones though, are green and blue.
Height:
Average height for females: 6.2ft (1,88m).
average height for males:
7ft (2.13m).
They're slightly taller than humans.
The Great Library - "Raibuchie"
(ライブラリー=library 知恵=wisdom)
"Infinite wisdom and information!"
That's how everyone sees the library which is owned by the spirit elves. Adventurers and travellers from all around the world seek finding the spirit elf villages just to visit this mysterious place. In the core hall of this gigantic library is a roundly formed magic spell which serves as a searching engine. It's unknown when this library was created and who exactly created it but over all those countless years all different kinds gave this library their cultural artifacts, fonts and historical reports which, in the end, caused this massive collection of information.
The cursed Guards:
Every now and then, while you would walk through the halls, chances are that you would see silhouettes which are covered completely in long dark robes. You usually can't even see their faces as they're mostly overshadowed but it's infact possible to see their faces at times. Their expressions though are cold and without any shown emotions. Those guards are silent and never even said a single word before. Their duty is to end anyone who dares stealing out of these holy librarys.
The librarys director - "Bukkura"
Bukkura decided dedicating her life to the library. She's the headleader of the team which manages everything in this library, updating information/facts/data, cleaning the shelters, customer service and much more. She's very strict but treats her workers like family, everyone has great respect towards her.
Her main office, placed in the far depths of the library. A little table surrounded by thousands of her beloved books.
